Colin Caleb is a Principal Legal Analyst on the transactional team, with a focus on capital markets and emerging technology. He has over a decade of experience, ranging from project finance deal work to in-house counsel for a bureau within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Colin also served as an attorney with the SEC focusing on securities laws impacting private companies and smaller public companies. Colin has recently focused on policy concerning artificial intelligence use within the financial services sector and AI governance, more broadly. He also co-facilitates a law school course on law and technology.
